We are Puerto Rico's national handball governing body: we run the national teams, local competition, and player development at every level, from schoolyard courts to the international stage.
As the Federación Puertorriqueña de Balonmano, we coordinate handball development across the island: referee and coach training, local leagues, and preparing the teams that represent Puerto Rico before the IHF and NACHC. In 2026, the men's team won silver at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo, a year after the U-17 team's debut at its first IHF World Championship in Morocco.
